卓悦控股有限公司于2020年5月25日发布了《(1) 更换董事会主席及副主席 (2) 财务总监调任为行政总裁 (3) 委任财务总监》公告，董事会谨此宣布，由二零二零年五月二十六日起生效，叶俊亨博士辞任主席兼行政总裁之职务后， 张家辉先生将由本公司财务总监之职务调任为行政总裁之职务。

张先生之履历详情载列如下：

张先生，45岁，自二零一二年八月起为本公司之首席财务总监兼若干附属公司董事，负责管理本集团整体财务。张先生为香港执业会计师及特许公认会计师公会资深会员，于香港理工大学取得会计学学士学位，并于英国布拉德福德大学取得工商管理硕士学位。 张先生曾于德勤•关黄陈方会计师行及多家香港上市公司工作（担任高级管理层逾10年），拥有逾20年审计、财务及业务顾问经验。张先生现为联交所主板上市的卓尔智联集团股份有限公司的独立非执行董事。
