金蝶财务软件月结和年结操作流程

本文适用金蝶KIS迷你版、标准版

到年底，大家都忙着结账。对于一些小白用户此时就在犯嘀咕了，我做2018年账，如何转到2019年呢？下面就和大家一起说说如何在金蝶软件里月结和年结。（各位老手可以略过）

平时1-11月，流程顺序：

【凭证录入】-【凭证审核】-【凭证过账】-【结转损益】-【凭证过账】-【期末结账】

12月份，流程顺序：

【凭证录入】-【凭证审核】-【凭证过账】-【结转损益】-【凭证过账】-【做一张本年利润分配凭证】-【凭证过账】-【期末结账】

本年利润分配凭证

1、如果盈利（借：本年利润贷：利润分配–未分配利润）

2、如果亏损（借：利润分配–未分配利润贷：本年利润）

如果我们没有做利润分配凭证，而本年利润科目又有余额，系统会报以下提示。

其处理方法就是要做如上利润分配凭证。

12月份月结后，系统会自动生成一个本年的年结账套，后缀名【XX.AIY】，同时转到下年第一期（这是针对KIS迷你版标准版而言）,自动生成【XX.AIS】账套。

如果想打开年结账套，只需要点击【打开年结账套】，选中年结文件【XX.AIY】即可。
