龙亭区税务局办税服务厅热情服务受称赞

　　全媒体记者王予杰报道 3月27日，记者从龙亭区税务局获悉，该局办税服务厅为纳税人热情服务，收到纳税人赠送的锦旗。

近日，龙亭区税务局办税服务厅刚上班，开封市世博物业管理公司的工作人员就将一面写着“耐心细致热情服务”字样的锦旗交到该局办税服务厅主任的手中，对该局办税服务厅工作人员热情周到的服务赞不绝口，并表示感谢。

原来，该纳税人上周到该局办税服务厅办理注销业务时，因本身有未申报事宜，再加上系统并库造成的一些程序问题，不能顺利办理相关事宜。为了让纳税人少跑趟、提高办税效率，该局办税服务厅人员双管齐下，决定中午不休息，一方面协调该局税源管理、征管等相关部门沟通研究，另一方面向省税务局运维平台及省运维群反映，经过多方协调沟通，使得该项业务当天得到了圆满解决，于是就有了开头温馨和谐的一幕。龙亭区税务局想纳税人所想，急纳税人所急，让纳税人真切感受到落实便民举措的信念和执着。
