Bianews 12月18日消息，据cointelegraph报道，根据星期一发布的一份声明，德国主要国有银行KfW和布基纳法索财政部将对一项区块链应用程序进行公共财务管理测试。据悉，KfW在2017年被评为德国总资产第三大银行。
