千龙-法晚联合报道近日，通州区税务局在首善意识指引下，打造出硬件、流程和服务样板，全面增强对税收工作的指导性，提升对纳税人办税的便利度、满意度和获得感。一是整合“一个热线”统一咨询口径。以原小呼叫中心咨询热线为基础，整合全局涉税咨询电话，通过设置彩铃、网站、微信等渠道告知纳税人，将全局对外咨询电话统一并入热线号码。二是依托微信公众号扩大宣传范围。着力推广微信公众号，吸引粉丝量，增加公众号关注度和影响力，扩大宣传范围，近期“北京通州税务”微信公众号粉丝量增加近千人。三是依托互联网站宣传重点工作。依托互联网站，积极宣传优化税收营商环境等重点工作为纳税人、缴费人带来的新体验、新变化，提升税法遵从度。四是做好纳服分析。依托热线电话、外网网站、微信、短信等纳税人诉求获取渠道，根据纳税咨询需求、办税评价、服务投诉等信息，做好纳税服务分析，畅通纳税人需求。
