问:我们是一家出口企业，现在需要开出口转内销证明，我们能去办税服务厅办理吗？

答：根据《国家税务总局关于支持新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控有关税收征收管理事项的公告》（2020年第4号）和《国家税务总局关于做好新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控期间出口退（免）税有关工作的通知》（税总函〔2020〕28号）的规定，疫情防控期间，贵公司通过电子税务局、标准版国际贸易“单一窗口”出口退税申报平台等提交电子数据后，即可申请开具《出口货物转内销证明》，无需前往办税服务厅办理。税务机关开具证明后，会通过网上反馈的方式及时将办理结果告知贵公司。贵公司如需纸质证明，可联系税务机关邮寄送达。
