了解到该情况后，王辛庄镇政府立即与平谷国税局第六税务所取得了联系寻求帮助，第六税务所的干部利用一个星期的时间，将北京国税局“全程网上办”项目中适用农家院的内容逐项进行了整理，制作了图文并茂的操作手册向农户普及，第一站就到了太后村。

连续几天，税务所的工作人员不仅逐户发放操作手册，还手把手地教每一户农家院如何在电脑上申请发票、购买发票、申报纳税，很快，民俗户们就能全程网上办税，日常业务“一次也不用跑”。

“现在，我们村的民俗户们不仅学会了网上办税，还解决了大家因为太忙而忘记报税的问题。”太后村村支部书记杨铁鑫说，现在报税网上一两分钟就能完成，配合税务所给的报税日历，民俗户的后顾之忧得到了有效解决。

据了解，北京国税局“全程网上办”事项共有66项，其中报告类事项12项，发票类15项，申报类35项，备案类15项，证明类5项，基本囊括了纳税人从资格认定到申报、再到买票等日常业务，切实帮助纳税人办税效率更高，办税渠道更宽，办税成本更低，实现日常业务“一次也不用跑”。据悉，今后平谷将在全区积极推广“全程网上办”，让纳税人享受科技红利、政策红利，全面优化区域营商环境，助力经济高质量发展。
