1、在经过所在地区的相关的财政部门批准后，还要依法办理工商登记，然后还要领取由财政部门统一印发的代理记账许可证书，这样才可以从事代理记账的工作，如果没有代理许可证书是不被允许从事代理记账的。

2、设立代理记账公司处理要有代理许可证书外，还要符合国家法律，行政法规的规定，不仅如此，还要有3名以上的持有会计从业资格证书的专业人员，而代理记账公司的负责人员要具有会计师以上的资格证书。

3、要想成立一家代理记账公司还要有专门的办公场地，有健全的财务管理制度。

需要准备材料：企业名称或执照、全体出资人身份证复印件、企业住所证明、三个会计员、一个会计师(中级以上);

步骤：先办理名称核准;准备会计员、会计师证书与身份证，编写好会计制度报送财政局;之后等取证后办理工商登记手续;
