8月21日下午，中化工程集团财务有限公司董事长卢涛、总经理周竞一行到公司进行业务交流。公司总经理冀涛、副总经理王道平、副总经理、总会计师兼总法律顾问张国智及双方相关业务部门负责人参加会谈。

会上，冀涛简要介绍了中国铁建的基本概况、发展沿革以及财务公司的成立初衷、业务开展情况等，并重点介绍了财务公司信息科技的建设情况。

卢涛简要介绍了中化工程集团的发展现状，并重点介绍了中化工程财务公司的基本现状、组织架构以及公司治理情况。

两家公司在成立初衷、业务类型及发展思路等方面存在很大的相似性，具有广泛的交流基础和较大的合作空间，双方表示将以此次交流活动为契机，加强联系，扩大合作，实现互利共赢。同时，就金融监管政策、资金集中管理、信贷业务开展、信息系统建设等话题进行了广泛深入交流，对双方未来可开展合作的业务领域进行了探讨。
