财务科作为医院重要的职能科室，担负着全院财务管理的统筹核算和监督保障，为了进一步提高工作质量，按照新会计制度的要求，更加规范、细致地做好各项工作，近日，淄博市第七人民医院财务科针对会计档案管理进行全面整改和优化。

会计档案是指会计凭证、会计账簿、财务会计报告等会计核算专业资料。它是记录和反应医院经济运行的重要资料，会计档案对一个单位经济活动的记录和反映，在财务管理工作中,对于会计业务的顺利开展有着重要的影响作用。

针对以前会计凭证保管中存在的凭证查询不方便、原始凭证装订不整齐、凭证容易挤压变形等问题，通过规范原始凭证的页面设置、粘贴方式、定制专门会计凭证档案盒、侧面增加凭证信息等方式，对会计档案进行规范管理，为财务档案查询及保管提供了极大的便利，进一步提升了工作效率和质量，使医院财务管理工作更加科学有序和健康发展。
