4月28日，武汉开发区（汉南区）2019年个人所得税汇算清缴工作拉开帷幕。截止当天18点，1102户扣缴单位、9627人次完成申报。

个人所得税综合所得汇算清缴

全面落地后的“最后一公里”，

是个税改革全面落地的关键环节，

是一场“期末大考”。

受疫情影响，湖北省个税年度汇算工作进度相对滞后，距离6月30日的法定申报期限仅有2个月时间。

据测算，区税务局个税年度汇算工作涉及3730户扣缴义务人、82500人次。同时，还面临着基数大、流动性强、且缺乏税收知识和办税经验的自然人纳税人，政策宣传和接受咨询的工作量十分繁重。

对此，区税务局成立工作专班，制定综合实施方案，开展培训和宣传，建立服务保障机制，完善软件硬件设施。务必确保在6月30日法定申报期截止前完成全部个税汇算清缴既定任务。
