近日，中国中铁股份公司党委常委、财务总监杨良在集团公司党委书记、董事长郝刚和总会计师杨向歌的陪同下，到集团公司财务共享中心检查指导工作。集团公司党委办公室、财务部、财务共享中心等部门负责人陪同检查。

杨良一行首先来到财务共享中心一体化智能展示系统前，实时了解查看三局银行资金动态、业务板块构成、资金收支动态以及财务共享单据数量等变动情况；随后参观了财务共享中心职工办公区、休息区以及文化宣传栏，查看共享中心各项规章制度、业务审核要点汇编、工作手册等基础资料。

杨良对中铁三局财务共享服务中心成立一年以来取得的成绩给予了充分肯定，对集团公司各级领导特别是主要领导对财务共享中心建设在人力、物力、财力等各方面的支持表示赞许。他提出：“财务共享中心的建设，要逐步加快业财融合步伐，以信息化为手段，推动财务管理和企业管理升级提升”。郝刚要求，财务共享中心全体员工珍惜工作岗位，切实转变工作作风，为基层减负，为基层分忧，不断提升三局项目财务管控水平，提高企业经济效益。

中铁三局财务共享服务中心将以“共享资源、创造价值、服务企业、助力发展”作为自己的初心和使命，紧紧围绕集团公司2019年中心工作，不断推进财务共享系统运行管理，为三局动车组高质量发展提供管理平台和智力支撑。
