只要是会计都会接触到的会计凭证，但是怎么装订好看却没几个会计人知道，会计凭证一般每月装订一次，最近收到很多会计的问题，其中一条比较有意思：

我们在装订会计凭证的时候为什么不能用订书机？咔咔咔~一张凭证就做好了，省时省力。而用胶水粘一粘，那就要几分钟了。

因为会计凭证一般保管年限是在10年或永久，长时间存放容易造成钉子腐蚀，凭证容易脱落（另一个问题就是凭证容易被偷换）。

其次，用钉子装订的凭证最后成册的时候，不利于存放。
