2016年5月19日晚9:30，华领管理会计大师课第9期完满拉下帷幕。华领本期公益直播课由任职多家世界500强跨国公司财务总监的刘学锋老师主讲，主题为《预算目标的建立和预算分析》。

刘学锋老师曾在西门子中国有限公司的合资企业、康柏投资中国有限公司服务部、江森汽车北京公司等企业担任财务总监;有管理制造企业财务、IT以及运营管理等方面丰富的工作经验;最近的任职经历是京西重工全球财务总监。

在授课过程中，刘学锋老师强调了财务总监在预算中的职责，如：了解实现目标所需要的资源;评估发展战略中的风险和机遇;明确预算制定中诸多假设条件;了解企业所处的外部环境，例如经济指标，行业发展趋势，定价环境等;提供决策用的敏感性分析;谙熟你的产品成本，营运流程以及业务对流动资金的需求;解释决策及行动对业务的影响;了解公司业务的发展和实现计划的可能性;在营运部门和财务部内创建开放的对话机制;将问题及负面发展趋势及时通知相关部门管理人员。
