“苦练内功，提升财务服务支撑能力”财务部工会开展劳动竞赛活动

按照提升财务系统服务、支撑能力的总体要求，为充分发挥总部财务指导、服务、监督职能，提高工作质量和效率，进一步加强公司财务人员队伍建设，强化财务规章制度贯彻执行，促进会计工作质量提高和会计职能作用有效发挥，近日，财务部工会组织开展了2020年度劳动竞赛活动。

劳动竞赛活动立足于财务部的规章制度落实，重点风险环节管控，以重点文件为抓手，依托网络平台展开。为搞好此次活动，财务部工会带动全体职工以饱满的热情，深入学习财务规章制度，提升自身综合能力素质，积极投身到二季度财务管理各项工作中。此次竞赛活动全员参与，竞赛题目注重理论与实践充分结合，并对成绩优异的员工进行表彰奖励。

通过此次活动，使全体财务会员更加牢固树立“决策支持、协调服务、价值创造”的财务管理理念，在全体会员中形成了勤于学习、勤于思考的良好氛围，为落实规章制度建设管理，助推财务与业务深度融合发挥了积极作用。
