中国财务公司协会近日发布《企业集团财务公司行业评级办法》，首次公布196家财务公司的评级结果，中国石化(600028,股吧)等40家企业集团的财务公司被评为最高综合水平的A级。

这40家A级财务公司，符合财务公司功能定位，经营与服务能力强，风险管理水平高，具有一定的创新能力，属创新型财务公司。

财务公司又称企业集团“内部银行”，业务范围和盈利模式与银行一样，只是不对外营业，仅向集团内部成员和相关单位开放，主要目的是节约财务成本、提高资金效率。（中财）
