梧州某国有企业的财务负责人，利用职务之便，将企业工程项目专有账户中的120万元资金据为己有，并用于偿还因炒股而欠下的贷款。9月5日，梧州市万秀区人民法院一审开庭审理了此案。

公诉机关指控，梧州市某荣建设投资有限公司为国有独资公司，被告人练德潮自2017年12月28日起任公司财务部门负责人、财务主管兼会计。2017年9月以来，被告人练德潮分别从北京、深圳、上海六家公司贷款，并将款项投资股市。

2018年6月10日，练德潮利用其担任公司会计并保管公司专户支付Ｕ盾的职务之便，从公司投资的工程项目银行专户分四次共转120万元人民币到其银行个人账户，随后将其中的44万余元用于偿还上述信贷公司及银行欠款，并提现30万元给其家人。6月15日，练德潮在家人的劝说下，向某荣公司工程项目专户退还赃款43万元，6月19日练德潮到公安机关投案，并再次退出赃款29.98万元。

公诉机关认为，被告人练德潮身为国家工作人员，利用职务便利，侵吞公款120万元，数额巨大，其行为已触犯了《中华人民共和国刑法》，犯罪事实清楚，证据确实、充分，应当追究其刑事责任。公诉机关以练德潮涉嫌犯贪污罪向法院提起公诉，练德潮在庭审现场对所犯罪行供认不讳，本案将择日宣判。
