11月2日下午，公司风险总监兼风险控制部部长靳霞做客第二十六期“铁建金钥匙讲堂”，以《财务公司合规风险管理》为题，介绍了合规工作对公司健康发展的重要意义，并结合国家法律法规、金融政策等，系统讲解了公司组织结构设置合规、业务操作合规和员工合规等三方面的制度、要求和具体做法。

公司总经理冀涛进行了点评。他指出，财务公司成立以来，坚持依法合规经营，扎实推进合规工作，规章制度不断完善，合规意识不断增强，合规工作成效显著，为公司健康快速发展提供了重要保障。针对今后的合规工作，他提出“准、快、深、调”四点要求：一是准确把握风险点；二是面对问题反应迅速；三是推动合规管理工作向纵深延伸；四是适应新监管环境，合规观念和工作思路做出调整，推动企业又好又快发展。

公司在京领导及部分员工参加了讲座。
