中国总会计师协会自我承诺

中国总会计师协会发布的T/CACFO 003—2018《代理记账行业业务规范》团体标准遵循开放、公平、透明、协商一致和促进贸易和交流的原则，按照在本平台公布的《标准制定程序文件_CACFO》制定。T/CACFO 003—2018《代理记账行业业务规范》团体标准规定的内容符合国家有关法律法规和强制性标准的要求，没有侵犯他人合法权益。

中国总会计师协会在自愿基础上作出本承诺，并对以上承诺内容的真实性负责。

《代理记账行业业务规范》

为规范代理记账行业机构业务行为，严格贯彻执行国家有关财经法规和会计核算准则、制度，加强代理记账机构业务的日常管理，依据国家相关法规、制度和《代理记账管理办法》以及《代理记账基本规范》，制定《代理记账行业业务规范》。

本规范适用于代理记账机构从事的代理记账业务及其相关业务活动。

本规范所指业务包括与代理记账业务有关的各项内容，包括：业务承接、业务处理、业务资料及档案管理、诉讼及争议处理、质量控制、信息化建设等。代理记账机构从事以上业务活动应遵循本规范的规定。
