什么是财务报表，季报和年报什么时候公布？

财务报表(简称财报)是隶属于投资分析中基本面分析中的一个重要组成部分，分为季报、半年报和年报，那么，如此重要的季报和年报是什么时候公布呢?

【1】季报

季报又分为四季，每三个月为一个季度，一季度为每年4月1日——4月30日;二季度报为每年7月1日——8月30日;三季报为每年10月1日——10月30日;四季报为每年1月1日——4月30日。

【2】半年报

每年7月1日——8月30日。

【3】年报

上市公司年报披露时间为每年1月1日——4月30日。

以上为上市公司公布财务报表的时间段，通常来讲，上市公司会在规定时间内披露此财务报表，因为按照相关规定，未在相应的时间段内披露财报，上市公司将面临交易所对公司的处罚，即公司股票及其衍生金融工具投面临停牌风险，同时，也将对公司及相关人员予以公开谴责，最后建议投资者的是，在做投资分析的时候最好结合多方信息进行对比。
