腾冲市交通运输局开展财务内控制度管理学习

为进一步加强财务管理与监督、规范财务行为、提高财务人员业务水平和职业素养，腾冲市交通运输局组织下属单位、相关股室负责人及财务人员开展了财务内控制度及相关财务知识学习。

会议学习了《腾冲市交通局财务内控管理制度》，通报了上级各部门对我局2019年财政业务监督检查中存在问题整改情况，分管领导对下步财务工作做了具体要求，一是会计人员要严格执行财务管理制度，强化财经纪律，增强财务人员的责任感、紧迫感、使命感。二是要适应财务管理新常态，不触“高压线”，不打“擦边球”，不存侥幸之心，不做违反财经法规之事。三是要进一步规范单位内部财务管理行为，完善财务制度建设体系，进一步增强党风廉政建设，为今后财务管理工作打下了良好基础。（腾冲市交通运输局白亚）
