税务系统多措并举优化纳税服务

　　记者从市政务中心了解到，该中心税务窗口上下联动，多措并举，纳税服务品质不断提升，纳税人服务体验更好。

今年来，税务窗口将152项“最多跑一次”清单、“纳税人办税指引”二维码公布在办公区域，详细注明办理程序、报送资料、办理渠道、办理时限等，方便纳税人办事，让纳税人少跑腿；从细节上提升服务，设立电子税务局体验区，同时为满足纳税人多种需求，整合窗口职能，优化操作流程，除房产交易由于业务量大设置专门窗口外，其余窗口均实现所有业务一窗通办，实现一站式办理；除了硬件设施不断完善，该窗口利用每天的晨会学习业务，实行周考、月考，以考促学，从各个角度考核窗口人员对业务知识的熟练掌握程度，尤其是国地税征管体制改革期间，窗口还经常组织人员学习过渡时期业务变化，保障纳税人办税不受影响。
