办税服务不打烊延时服务暖人心

自机构改革以来，区税务局两个办税服务厅严格坚持领导带班和导税服务制度。工作人员每天提前30分钟到岗，召开晨会部署工作，确保各项涉税服务工作井然有序顺利开展。

随着机构改革和“放管服”的不断深入，办税服务厅业务量不断增多，区税务局两个办税服务厅每天平均叫号量均超过600笔！为缓解办税压力，为纳税人提供优质的纳税服务，区税务局第一税务分局全面实施延时服务制度。对临近下班或已下班正在受理，或是还在等待办理的涉税事项，办税服务厅窗口工作人员推迟下班时间，加班加点为纳税人办理业务，延时办理至该事项结束。办税服务厅工作人员从不以“下班时间已到”为由拒绝为纳税人提供服务，而是一直延时为每一个纳税人服务到最后。

两个办税服务厅延时服务几乎每天都有，每月提供延时办税服务累计20天，合计时长超过900分钟。常态化的延时服务受到了广大纳税人的普遍点赞和一致好评！（区税务局）
