自助办税服务厅24小时全天候开放

本报讯许昌市魏都区国税局自助办税服务厅已于7月4日起正式投入使用。该自助办税服务厅位于大同街与清洁巷交叉口往西10米路北，交通便利，辐射范围广。自助办税服务厅设置有ARM自助办税终端，共7台。

营改增之后，有大量的纳税人由地税管辖转为国税管辖，该局税源管理数量更是占到了全市9个税源管理单位总户数的近4成。办税服务厅作为区国税局面向纳税人提供服务的窗口，工作任务也与日俱增，纳税人对其服务水平也有了更高的要求。ARM自助办税终端的投入使用，将有效解决纳税人长时间等候、排队拥挤等问题，该自助办税终端主要为纳税人提供定额发票领用、增值税发票领用、发票代开、发票即领即用、增值税发票认证等服务。

自助办税服务厅作为传统办税服务厅的延伸和补充，将实行24小时全天候开放，打破了以往办税服务的时间限制，纳税人可以选择任意时间前来办税，更加便民利民。另外，正常工作时间，自助办税厅内还有税务人员为自助办税的纳税人提供操作辅导及政策咨询。这次投入的自助办税设备可提供办理的业务涵盖了纳税人日常办理的常见业务类型，提高了办税效率，使纳税人有了多样化的办税选择，优化了纳税人办税体验。（黄军强史浩锋）
