“增值税税率又要变？继续下调？！最新消息来了！2020年这样执行！

下调增值税税率，按去年出台的政策执行

最新一期《国务院公报》（2020年第16号）刊发了经第十三届全国人民代表大会第三次会议审议并批准的《政府工作报告》。其中提到：

加大减税降费力度。强化阶段性政策，与制度性安排相结合，放水养鱼，助力市场主体纾困发展。 继续执行去年出台的下调增值税税率和企业养老保险费率政策，新增减税降费约5000亿元。……

至此，大家关心的2020年增值税税率的问题已然明确，那就是 继续执行“去年出台的”下调增值税税率政策。这也就意味着，现行增值税税率至少在2020年内基本不可能进行调整。
