财务报表是企业对外提供的反映企业某一特定日期的财务状况和某一会计期间的经营成果、现金流量等会计信息的文件。它包括会计报表及其附注和其他应当在财务报表中披露的相关信息和资料。了解和清楚财务报表的架构是出具财务报表的基础，同时通过对结构的梳理对财务报表有清楚的认知，并对财务报表有全局的解读，发现财务报表后面的意义。

通过报表中对粉饰的部分进行识别，并及时发现和预防粉饰和舞弊问题，使企业能够长效持续经营，预防不必要的风险。
