3月15日，市财政局举办政府会计制度重难点解读培训班，来自我市市直行政事业单位财务人员、市财政局全体人员共200余人参加了培训。

自2019年1月1日起，政府会计制度与准则正式实施。为帮助我市行政事业单位正确理解掌握基本准则和具体准则的重点难点内容，以及新旧制度下的核算变化，理解和掌握政府会计制度背景下的内部控制体系建设的重点，市财政局举办市政府会计制度重、难点解读培训班，请来了我省会计领军人オ齐齐哈尔市财政局金彬彬授课。通过实务操作进一步解决新旧会计制度衔接中遇到的问题，确保了新旧会计制度有序衔接和平稳过渡。
