注册资金

自2014年3月1日起，实施认缴制注册。对注册资金不做强制要求。当然不同行业资质要求对注册资本的要求也是不一样的，这个要根据您注册公司行业法规要求来定了。

经营范围

经营范围不是写的越多越好，这样会增加你的税种带来不必要的纳税申报，况且对于客户来说专业专注不见得是坏事;等到业务规模扩张时再行变更经营范围也很简单。

注册地址

《公司法》《物权法》规定，各级工商部门都积极引导和要求公司，注册到商业产权证的写字楼，对虚假地址注册的公司严格控制审批并经常性的检查，初创业者用不多的资金来租赁写字楼，有一定的经济压力，因此居家办公是创业者的首选。

法人资格

法人企业或机构都必须由董事会任命法人代表，内资企业法人代表可以是有选举权的守法中国公民，不一定占有股权;在注册公司前选择法人代表最好要查询下该法人代表是否有税务不良记录，如果有则最好变更法人，否则给自己带来不必要的税务困难。

税务相关

公司注册后涉及到的税务相关事务比较重要，首先由于可能注册公司耗时较长，在工商代理申领了营业执照后一定要在税务要求的时限内到税务局办理税务报到程序，核定税种税率，同时缴纳注册资本印花税，同时要求代缴纳房产税方能报到
