为了保障七月征期办税服务厅平稳运行，海沧区税务局高度重视安全保障工作，不断健全应急处理机制，将应急预案学习与应急演练实践相结合，有效提升办税服务厅工作人员应急处理能力，确保七月征期办税服务厅顺畅运行。

召开晨会学习应急预案，提升工作人员应急处理理论知识。办税服务厅利用晨会集合科室全体人员学习征期应急预案，重温应急处理分类及方式方法等，巩固应急处理理论基础知识，有效提高办税服务厅工作人员应急处理能力。

开展应急演练，将理论与实践相结合。利用办税低峰时段，在办税服务厅开展消防及防恐应急演练，邀请专业警务人员具体讲解如何使用消防栓、防恐器具及自我保护的正确方法，现场模拟演练生动到位，锻炼胆识、提升能力，保障办税服务厅安全稳定运行。
