　　全媒体记者杨晓川报道 11月28日，记者从市税务局获悉，市税务局积极推进办税便利化，收集、解决民营企业在政策落实过程中遇到的问题和难题，提高涉税业务办理效率，让纳税人及时享受税收优惠。

11月下旬，税务人员在办理增值税留抵退税时了解到，河南省开化投资控股集团有限公司一分公司因属于分支机构没有参与纳税信用等级评价，造成退税流程无法流转。对此问题，市税务局积极向上级汇报，与所在区税务局一起为企业想办法、出主意，依法依规特事特办，最终为企业办理了纳税信用等级评价，帮助企业成功办理留抵退税，获得企业好评。
