公司财务人员继续教育提升业务技能

根据宝市财办会发〔2019〕10号《关于2018年全市会计专业技术人员继续教育有关问题的通知》，为适应经济社会发展需要，不断更新专业知识，努力提高会计专业胜任能力，根据企业实际情况，公司安排全体会计人员于国庆节前夕在教育中心进行了为期两天的培训。

本次培训由青岛啤酒宝啤公司财务总监李老师和陕西省税务局特约研究员曹老师进行授课，从新《会计法》2018年度一般财务报表格式、企业会计准则第22号—金融工具确认和计量、企业会计准则第14号—收入等展开，并详细讲解了信息化的不断发展对财务管理要求的改变。根据公司实际情况，特地增加了增值税、所得税研发费用加计扣除等相关内容的学习。老师丰富的教学经验和扎实的理论基础吸引了大家，课上认真听讲专心做笔记，踊跃回答问题，还和老师课下热情交流，取得的良好的培训效果。

通过本次培训，财务人员对新知识有了全新的了解学习，调动了工作积极性，对会计工作有了新认识，为后续做好财务管理工作打下了良好基础。
