好消息财务公司电子商票代理应答服务正式上线

为方便成员单位更好地使用电子商业承兑汇票（简称“电子商票”），管理好自己的商业信用，财务公司积极开展并推进“在财务公司管理下”的电子商票业务，经公司多次开发测试，于6月28日正式上线电子商票代理应答服务。

电子商票代理应答服务是在票据到期后，电子商票承兑人收到提示付款请求，且在收到该请求次日起第三日仍未应答的，财务公司按其与承兑人签订的《中国铁建财务有限公司电子商业汇票业务服务协议》，依据承兑人账户余额情况，分别进行代理应答付款或者拒付处理。

近年来，财务公司票据业务发展呈现爆发式增长，业务规模屡创新高。电子商票可以有效降低财务成本，盘活沉淀资金，提升核心企业在产业链中的影响力。此项服务成功上线，将有助于进一步提高电子商票业务流转效率，降低操作风险，保障成员单位商业信用，推进企业信用和票据业务良性互动发展，提升金融服务质量。
