最近学到的一个关于财务报表的知识，有点意思，现在分享给大家。我们打开上市公司年报财务报告的时候，在重要提示第三项或财务报表第一项审计报告里面的审计意见里面一般会看到标准无保留意见这几个字，但凡是会计师事务所不愿意出具标准无保留意见的报告我们就可以理解为会计师事务所认为上市公司的财务有问题，考虑到是上市公司花钱聘请，会计师事务所也不好直接揭穿上市公司，用词方面也会比较委婉，但全国有只53家拥有证券牌照的会计师事务所，牌照来之不易，为保住自己的牌照，会计师事务所不会配合上市公司名目张胆的去造假，因为这样有被吊销牌照的风险，会计师事务所为了不影响自己收钱，又要撇开责任，会计师事务所会根据上市公司的情况出具不同的审计报告，会计师事务所可能出具的意见有五种：

1、 标准无保留的意见，真实意思是：没有发现造假行为，但也不能保证是真的

2、 带强调事项段或其它事项段的无保留意见的审计报告真实意思是：有造假行为，至少是在粉饰报表

3、 保留意见的审计报告 真实意思是：财务造假，别信报表

4、 无法表示意见的审计报告真实意思是：对于这等拙劣的造假行为我们无语了

5、 否定意见的审计报告 真实意思是：这家公司是骗子
