财务及会计制度及核算软件备案——提出申请

纳税人通过一证通等介质进入网上办税服务厅，找到“税务登记”—“财务及会计制度及核算软件备案”模块。

新建申请进入业务流程界面，系统会显示所有可以变更的表格。点击“填表”，进入财务制度及核算备案报告表。

表样式如图：

将表格填写完毕后保存，返回业务流程界面。点击“提交申请”。

确认资料的真实性、准确性和完整性，点击“提交”。

系统确认提交后提示“您的申请已提交成功”。

点击“关闭”。

返回办理流程界面，点击“查询受理结果”可以看到“税务机关正在受理中”。

财务及会计制度及核算软件备案——回执打印

纳税人提交申请后一段时间刷新网上办税服务厅，可以查看涉税事项的办结状态。当前状态显示为“已办结”，表明税务机关已对申请处理完毕。

查询受理结果”查看税务事项通知书。

回执即税务事项通知书。
