智通财经APP讯，中远海运国际(00517)发布公告，鉴于该集团业务需求及与中远海运财务持续进行交易的裨益，于2020年5月25日，公司与中远海运财务订立新财务服务主协议，以替代2019年财务服务主协议。

根据新财务服务主协议项下拟进行交易的上限及厘定有关上限为2020年度人民币7.25亿(单位下同)、2021年度7.30亿及2022年度7.35亿元。

公告称，透过订立新财务服务主协议及其项下拟进行的交易，该集团将因与集团内服务提供者中远海运财务磋商而获得较其他商业银行或金融机构更有利的条款。鉴于中远海运财务与公司的过往合作，该集团预期中远海运财务较了解集团的业务营运，应可提供较中国其他商业银行更可取及效率更高的服务，因而令集团受惠。
