1月28日，中国银保监会向新兴际华集团财务有限公司（下称“财务公司”）正式颁发金融许可证和准予开业批复。1月29日，财务公司完成工商登记，集团旗下第一家持牌金融机构获批成立。

集团公司党委高度重视集团财务公司筹建工作，成立了筹建工作组。筹建期间，北京银保监局、人民银行营管部、朝阳区委区政府等单位对集团财务公司的成立给予悉心辅导与大力支持。

集团财务公司是新兴际华集团“十四五”规划中金融领域的重要组成部分，是目前集团旗下唯一一家持牌金融机构，经营范围包含对集团成员单位办理财务和融资顾问、信用鉴证及相关的咨询、代理业务，协助实现交易款项收付，对成员单位办理贷款及融资租赁等。财务公司成立后，集团以融促产和资金管理有效性将得到巨大提升，管理触角将得以向更深更细领域延伸。

未来，财务公司将发挥资金归集、结算和金融服务各项功能，全力促进集团产业资本和金融资本高效融合，加快实体产业要素集聚，为集团高质量发展提供坚实的金融支持。集团利用财务公司专业优势和平台优势，将金融服务与管理融入集团整体改革发展之中，提高风险防控能力，持续推动国有资本做优做大做强。
