尊敬的纳税人：

随着税收“放管服”改革不断深化和“互联网+税务”行动持续推进，大量常规办税事项已经依托上海市电子税务局实现“应上尽上，全程在线”办理，同时通过发票“网上申领、第三方配送”、“网上申请、自助取票”等措施，实现办税服务“不见面”。

根据目前第一税务所朱家角镇办税服务延伸点业务受理情况，为进一步优化全区服务资源配置，规范服务管理，提升服务质效，促进区域税收营商环境整体提升，经上海市税务局同意，区局决定撤销朱家角镇办税服务延伸点。本次调整后，该场所作为区局自助办税服务网点，自助办税设备、网上办税设备依然保留，纳税人可自助办理相关涉税业务；其余需要通过窗口办理的涉税业务，纳税人可选择前往第一税务所主办税服务厅（青浦区城中西路88号）或赵巷镇办税服务延伸点（青浦区赵巷镇赵华路400号）办理。为平稳顺利推进朱家角镇办税服务延伸点调整工作，2019年9月30日前为调整衔接过渡期，该延伸点依旧对外提供窗口服务；自2019年10月1日起，该场所不再设置办税窗口现场受理涉税业务。
