设计总院：公司没有建立财务共享中心

设计研究院财务科于10月25日上午在综合楼9楼会议室如期举办了2017年度财务内部培训。参加的人员有各生产所所长（分院长）、各部门财务专员，以及院内其他部门人员共20多人。本次培训旨在规范设计研究院财务管理工作，增进各部门与财务科的交流学习。

此次培训分别由财务科科长覃德康及科员韦京华、杨淑慧、黄钰淇分版块阐述财务知识，在去年财务培训内容的基础上，根据新的财税政策和集团风险管控要求，就资金管理体制、成本核算、发票管理、税务知识等方面进行了详细地讲解。参训人员纷纷表示，通过培训认识到了规范财务管理的重要性，提高了自身的财务知识及业务水平，受益匪浅。

本次培训时间虽短，但得到了各部门的大力支持与配合，也对设计研究院院财务团队的整体财务素质的提高，思想认识的统一起到了重要作用，进一步促进我院财务管理工作的规范化与科学化，意义重大。
