财见2020年8月26日，Mercurity Fintech Holding Inc. 宣布，任命国际3D打印巨头SSYS Ltd. 前CFO兼COO Erez Simha为公司首席财务官，该任命自2020年8月24日起生效。同时，Zhigang Zhao因个人原因辞任公司首席财务官职务。

Erez Simha在会计、财务管理、运营管理等方面具有丰富的经验，擅长优化现金流、简化财务流程、提高生产力水平、业务流程改进等，曾在多家全球科技公司担任高级领导职务，负责全球财务、运营、并购、IT基础设施、人力资源、SEC报告、Sarbanes-Oxley合规、风险管理、法律和投资者关系等方面的工作。他的加入为Mercurity带来丰富的全球财务和运营管理经验。

加入Mercurity之前，Erez Simha曾在Roo Inc.和Just Inc.担任CFO兼COO。更早之前，Erez Simha先生在SSYS Ltd. 和Orbotech Ltd. 两家纳斯达克上市公司担任高级领导职务。Erez Simha还曾担任Orbotech Ltd.的CFO。Erez Simha拥有Tel Aviv University的经济学和会计学学士学位，以及工商管理和金融硕士学位，还是一名注册会计师。
