为了提升企业形象,公司决定为每位员工定制员工制服,请问这笔费用一般要入那个会计科目呢?取得的增值税专用发票能否抵扣呢?如何处理对我公司更为节税有利呢?

中级会计师刘小艳回答道:

1. 如果入账员工福利的话,专票的进项是不能抵扣的,从节税角度考虑,建议发票开劳保用品增值税发票

2.把工作服归属于劳保用品,发放时按职工所在部门,计入相关的费用中。

生产工人的工服应计入:制造费用—劳保用品。

管理人员的工服应计入:管理费用—劳保用品。

销售人员的工服应计入:销售费用—劳保用品等。

3.对方开票开票内容:劳保用品。可以开增值税专用发票,可以抵扣。
