前两年为了收两笔款注册了香港公司，现在没什么用的上的，年审费用也挺高的，听说就这么放着不管不行，怎么办理注销呢？

香港公司注销程序

1、申请人向税务局申请｛不反对撤销注册通知书｝,同时缴纳相关费用,要获得这个通知书,该香港公司必须缴清所有欠费及商业登记费

2、税务局长签发｛不反对撤销注册通知书}

3、在获得由税务局长签发的｛不反对撤销注册通知书｝之后,公司必须向公司注册处提交申请撤销注册文件及相关费用

4、香港公司注册处登宪报,（如没有收到书面反对）公司正式撤消注册。
