宗旨

为积极贯彻落实党的十九大精神以及集团二次党代会精神，全面提升公司财务人员业务素质，解决财务工作中的突出问题，公司财务部组织全体财务人员进行了为期半个月的财务工作专项培训，并于7月3日下午，进行专项考试。

本次培训旨在将财务知识与实际工作融会贯通，更好地服务于公司各项工作。培训和考试重点聚焦在预算管理、财务指标核算分析、成本管理以及内部审计方法等内容。通过培训，进一步使全体财务人员提高对工作的认识，明确了岗位职责，开阔了工作思路，更新了知识储备，提升了财务知识水平和解决问题的能力，为发挥财务工作在公司管理中的核心作用打下了坚实的基础。通过考试，使大家充分认识到业务知识存在的不足，以便在未来的实际工作中，不断钻研学习，更好的运用财务知识和管理方法去发现问题，解决问题，为推动公司高质量发展贡献自己的力量。此次考试成绩优异者将代表公司参加集团公司组织的第二届“际华杯”企业财会人员业务技能大赛。
