立信简介

招聘岗位与职位描述

1、审计员（30人左右）

2、实习生（若干）

1、负责相关审计资料的收集、整理工作（主要针对实习生）；

2、建立自己的审计思路并编制审计底稿；

3、评估客户财务系统的有效性，对企业的合规经营提出评价和建议；

4、审查客户账户，并报告公司的财务状况；

5、 为客户的其他复杂业务问题提供咨询和帮助；

6、 为从事债券、股权以及其他资本市场交易的企业提供咨询与审计服务；

7、 能与企业进行良好沟通，与同事和客户快速建立密切合作关系，了解客户业务经营模式。

Job deion

1.Responsible for the collection and collation of relevant audit documents (interns).

2.Get to know the business and assess processes/controls used to documenting working papers.

3.Provide business process and control related advice associated with accounting and regulatory change.

4.Examine a company’s financial statement and test their reliability and report to shareholders.

5.Handling client’s enquiry and provide advice to resolve any issues our client’s encountered.

6.Assist in providing advice and assurance services to companies raising debt or equity and other capital market transactions.

7.Maintain relationship with key clients personnel to obtain an understanding of business operations, process and functions.

任职要求

1、 大学本科及以上学历，会计/审计/金融的等专业优先考虑，CPA/ACCA过科者优先考虑；

2、 具备良好的财务分析能力以及较强的逻辑思维，能够独立思考和自信地表达自己的想法；

3、 有较强的书面和口头表达能力；

4、 具有较强学习能力及团队合作精神，有较强的责任心；

5、 能同时处理多项任务，并承受一定工作压力，并在压力下保持积极的心态；

6、 对资本市场有基本了解，并有志向长期从事审计或资本市场行业；

7、 能适应出差工作。

Requirements

1.Bachelor/Master’s degree in all disciplines, background in accounting/Auditing/Finance is preferred, holder of professional qualification such as CPA and ACCA is an advantage.

2.Strong financial, analytical and logical thinking skills, capable to demonstrate original thought and sound judgment confidently.

3.Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

4.Strong learning ability and able to work with teams, strong sense of responsibility.

5.Ability to multi-task and priorities, capable to work under pressure.

6.Basic understanding of capital market, willingness to devote into this industry.

7.Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary.
