近日，发生在琼山区税务局凤翔大厅的这一幕，太暖了！

近日财政部公布了会计职称人员评定的标准，目前我国的会计职称分为4种:初级会计职称（助理会计师）、中级会计职称（会计师）、高级会计职称（高级会计师）、正高级会计职称（正高级会计师）。

其中初级会计职称和中级职称是以考代评，只要考生通过考试就授予证书。高级职称则是考评结合，正高级会计职称采取评审方式，注重对会计人员的职业道德、能力素质、工作业绩等进行评价。

会计职称表示国家对从业人员专业水平的认可，拥有会计职称者也需要具备一定标准条件才可以。下面我们一起来看下财政部对不同级别职称人员的要求：
