设计研究院财务科成功举办2017年度财务内训

近日，设计研究院财务部在五建综合楼9楼会议室召开了2020年院财务内部培训会，此次培训包含了税务、成本费用和资金三个主题。培训会分别由财务部的黄钰淇、杨淑慧和韦京华主讲，设计研究院各部门相关人员参加培训。

会议结合实际，就税务工作，详细讲解发票管理和个税知识，并以实际案例解释了发票管理的重要性；讲解各类费用的组成和票据报销要求，并对各部门在票据报销时需注意的事项进行了详细的说明；并根据公司要求对资金支付和对账工作进行了指导。

培训会现场

通过本次培训，使参培人员对各项财务工作有了更深入的了解，为下一步财务工作的开展起到了积极的促进作用。
