人物春秋徐健：忙中有序，尽职严谨的财务部长

12月20日，德国汉高（Henkel）宣布， 企业高级副总裁、财务总监Marco Swoboda将成为汉高的新任首席财务官（CFO）。他将于2020年1月1日接替现年50岁的Carsten Knobel出任首席执行官（CEO）。

连续两次下调全年业绩预期，季度收入下滑，业绩退坡后，汉高集团的首席执行官Hans VanBylen前不久宣布提前离任。接任者为首席财务官Carsten Knobel，新领导层变动将于2020年1月份生效，也是就原首席执行官VanBylen合同到期前一年。

新任首席执行官Carsten Knobel被分析师认为过于保守，认为需要采取更大胆的选择。SanfordC.Bernstein＆Co.的分析师在信中说：“他不是汉高现在需要解决其根本性战略，运营和文化问题的外部，经验丰富的员工。”

而汉高官方声明离职原因是，现任首席执行官Hans VanBylen出于个人原因选择提前离任，他于2016年被任命为首席执行官。而外界普遍认为，现任首席执行官离职与其任期令人失望的业绩有直接关联。

其中汉高的粘合剂业务受到汽车市场和工业市场不景气的严重冲击，而汉高以施华蔻为代表的化妆美容业务也因在本土市场陷入价格战而盈利下降。

汉高监事委员会主席Simone Bagel-Trah表示，“很高兴从我们的组织机构内部任命Marco Swoboda为首席财务官，他在财务领域具有丰富的经验，拥有多年的国际事务管理经历。”
