10月19日-21日，龙佰集团龙佰学院在总部多媒体会议室组织《财务报表分析与全面预算管理》培训，集团高管、MBA课程班焦作、德阳、襄阳、攀枝花、成都等地学员，集团财务部、企业管理部、审计部、采购公司、销售公司和各基地相关人员参加。

本次培训邀请了河南理工大学财经学院牛枫博士就财务报表分析指标解读与新框架、全面预算管理的框架体系、全面预算管理实施的环境保障、全面预算管理的启动与编制、全面预算管理的执行控制和调整、全面预算管理的分析与考核、财务分析和全面预算案例研究等方面作了详细的讲解。财务报表分析和全面预算管理的重点是激励资源向集团公司集聚，并形成系统化集成优势，回报资源要素所有者，突破资源流动的时间与空间成本限制，以最大程度实现资源流动、整合与集成的无缝对接。
