1、小规模纳税人和一般纳税人最大的区别是在税收这个点上，小规模公司是收3%的一个税点，而且，每个季度开普通发票不超过9万是不需要缴税的，高于就要按这个3%来缴。

2、一般纳税人税率一般为16%，也就是无论如何都要缴税的。一般纳税人是差额征收，销项-进项=收入*税率就是应缴的税。

3、一般纳税人可抵扣部分税率，而小规模则不可以。

4、小规模公司申请为一般纳税人就没有办法赚转回小规模。

5、小规模公司企业所得税是按25%来缴，但是月销售额不超过3万，季度不超9万可以免收，但一般纳税人没有。
