园区动态企业复工生产忙奏响生产“集结号”

为贯彻落实《中华人民共和国中小企业促进法》，帮助企业更好的了解惠企政策，支持东营区中小企业健康持续发展，12月11日上午由东营区中小企业办主办，东营市胜利大学生创业园承办的《中小企业促进法》暨中小企业政策宣讲讲座在东营市胜利大学生创业园成功举办，此次宣讲共有70余家中小微企业参加。

本次讲座围绕“《中小企业促进法》和中小企业政策宣讲”一主题，邀请中国财税专家咨询网首席顾问、智丰财税公司王道阳总经理结合实际案例，先对中国税收现状做了详细的分析，然后针对目前企业税负做了详细分析，随后又对目前最热门的新个人所得税法专项扣除政策、社保费统征政策以及如何做好合理税收筹划等方面为参会企业家进行了详细解读。

之后，区中小企业办对“一企一技术”、“专精特新”、“隐形冠军”、“瞪羚企业”等中小企业优惠政策及荣誉称号的申报及注意事项进行了详细解读。区中小企业办主任曹玲玲表示，各级政府高度重视中小企业创新创业发展，企业的实际需求就是我们努力的方向，希望加强与企业的沟通联系，精心服务，结合中小企业公共服务平台，为中小企业提供优质性服务。

会后参会企业纷纷表示将用足用好税收优惠政策，合理筹划企业税务，进一步降低企业经营成本。在此基础上积极争取各类中小企业政策扶持，帮助企业创新发展提高市场竞争力。
