下周二起，二手房交易可网上办税

记者从市国税局获悉，下月起芜湖市新办企业无需办理税务登记证。据统计，今年1—8月份，芜湖市国税部门累计新办理企业税务登记3516户，新规实施后预计每年将有5000多户新办企业纳税人受益。

近日，国家税务总局印发《关于落实“三证合一”登记制度改革的通知》，明确自今年10月1日起，新设立企业、农民专业合作社领取加载法人和其他组织统一社会信用代码的营业执照后，无需再次进行税务登记，企业办理涉税事宜时，在税务机关完成补充信息采集后，凭加载统一代码的营业执照可代替税务登记证使用。
